Role Description
The Villas Operation Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the villas, ensuring that all processes and services meet the high standards of quality and service.
- Manage and coordinate staff and all daily activities of the villa.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and problem resolution to ensure the best possible guest experience and memorable stay.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to achieve goals and improve the guest experience.
- Oversee the villa's operational budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and guest feedback
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in the luxury accommodation hospitality sector.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
