- Execute all ERGANI-related processes (hiring, contract changes, terminations, overtime, etc.).
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of seasonal and full-time employees.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor and apply labor legislation and best HR practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants where needed.
- Assist in preparing basic HR-related reports or data entries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration with solid use of ERGANI.
- Very good knowledge of Greek labor law, especially related to seasonal employment.
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- English proficiency is desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
