As a Health & Safety Officer, you will serve as the guardian of workplace well-being, ensuring that our employees and customers are protected at all times. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you will implement safety measures, conduct thorough inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Health and Safety measures, including executing strategies according to business and legal requirements.
• Support staff in identifying environmental aspects and determining project objectives and targets, as well as promoting a health and safe work environment.
• Communicate Health & Safety guidelines through training sessions and workshops to employees and third-party partners.
• Plan and execute Health & Safety inspections and audits in all business premises to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing results and proposing action plans for future improvement.
• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and standards, ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Post-graduate studies or certifications in environmental management will be considered a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to effectively analyze data and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and Greek.
