Vista Novus Ltd is seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join its expanding team in Southern Greece. The candidate needs to be expert in medical sales, covering all aspects of Hospital Markets both in public and private sector.

Main Tasks

  • Creating, maintaining and growing sales network.
  • Keeping records, analyzing and collating feedback on market activity, reporting sales to top management.
  • Building relations with recognized experts, HCP and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Coordinating, participating and organizing Congresses and other scientific activities.
  • Setting and achieving targets in the assigned territory.
  • Compiling, developing and executing annual business plan.
  • Identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Conducting training workshops for end users.
  • Ability to travel abroad if required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in life sciences, engineering or another related field.
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in Medical Sales with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in General Surgery products and procedures will be considered an asset.
  • Good command of English Language and computer skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented.
  • Team spirit
