  Manage the daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and achieving sales targets.

• Strategic Growth
  Represent the Alensa brand in the local market, implement local marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with Alensa’s brand standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Professional Qualification: Certified Optician with a strong clinical background.
• Language Skills: Communicative level of English and native proficiency in Greek.
• Cultural & Legal Background: Due to specific project requirements and bilateral agreements, we are seeking candidates of Greek nationality.
• Experience: Proven experience in store management or a similar retail leadership role.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and build strong relationships with clients.
