At MEDICAIR SA, one of the most reputable Greek pharmaceutical manufacturers, we are looking for a motivated,experienced  and dynamic Supervisor for our Micro Lab to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities regarding the Micro lab Supervisor position would be the following: 

• Train, lead, and mentor the micro lab analysts in performing operations and analytical testing to ensure product quality and compliance
• Design, plan, and evaluate analytical method transfers, validations, and compendial method verifications
• Maintain and troubleshoot micro lab instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and regulatory adherence
• Ensure compliance with all cGMP standards, safety, and environmental regulations and company SOPs
• Author, review, and approve technical documentation including validation protocols, transfer reports, SOPs, and annual trending reports
• Support regulatory submissions by preparing assay validation reports and other technical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to training programs to strengthen technical capabilities and ensure GMP compliance within the team
• Support third party, and internal audits when required
• Undertake investigations during any incidents/deviations/change controls/OOS
• Provide technical guidance during analytical testing and method troubleshooting

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Micro lab Supervisor position will acquire the following: 

• bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Biology or equivalent)
• knowledge of micro lab methodologies and techniques
• excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English)
• a highly organized mindset with excellent attention to detail
• knowledge of laboratories' equipment and GMP processes
• excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• at least 3 years of relevant working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making abilities
