As a Patient Coordinator, you will support Serbian-speaking patients throughout their ivf journey. This role involves managing all aspects of the patient experience — from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up — while ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Serbian and Greek (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or patient coordination preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

• Empathetic and patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between Serbian-speaking patients and medical teams

• Schedule appointments, coordinate consultations

• Provide pre- and post-treatment support and follow-up

• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality
