The candidate will execute and support all necessary activities related to HERON’s loyalty initiatives to ensure customers engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in customer segmentation, targeting and contact strategies to maximize retention performance of key segments through the rewarding scheme
- Develops journey flows and communication campaigns that boost engagement and reduce attrition of loyalty program existing members, through marketing campaigns.
- Identifies and develops new and existing partnerships, leading all go-to-market marketing efforts to acquire new members, while stimulating spend and engagement with existing members
- Supports digital tools and applications development for offers applied in the loyalty scheme.
- Works closely with internal teams to conduct customer base analyses, plan communication activities and drive specific marketing and sales objectives
Skills&Qualifiacations:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration / marketing / or related field
- MBA or Master’s Degree in the aforementioned disciplines will be an asset
- 3+ years of experience in marketing supporting customer experience, loyalty campaigns and retention programs and/or sales (account management)
- Experience in digital tools & platforms (SoMe, CX) for campaigns’ execution and analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, fluent in monitoring / forecasting budgetary costs
- Ability to negotiate and build trust with partners.
- Previous experience in the Energy industry or other services’ industry will be positively evaluated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ΒΙ
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
