At Darqube, we’re looking for a versatile and passionate professional to join our ever-growing Business Development Team. As Lead, you will ensure the smooth operation of our department, contribute to the Company's growth according to KPIs, product roadmap, and delivery objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and revenue by developing strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. 

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the company's goals and objectives and develop a business development plan to achieve them.
Your role will involve leading the hiring and training of Sales and Partner teams to help deliver business growth and revenue. You will also be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to achieve business development targets, conducting market analysis, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to inform business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to generate leads and drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships through research and networking
  • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve business development targets
  • Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure business development activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field
  • Several years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
  • Experience within the financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of analytics and metrics (lead nurturing, marketing, sales)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and take necessary actions
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Strong team-working skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
