DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
to join our team in Thessaloniki, starting in April 2023
As a Digital Marketing Manager at NEXT STEP career network, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing activities.
As digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company's success, we are expecting you to have hands-on experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.
Your responsibilities:
- Build, plan and execute all website functions, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, marketing material and advertising campaigns, .eg, Google Ads, Social Media Ads.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing their performance and budget
- Set-up, track and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to company’s goals (Metrics and KPIs).
- Brainstorm, develop and implement creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Editorial work and creation of engaging content.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
Your qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (hospitality background is an advantage)
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Minimum BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
- Great knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Great knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design tool eg., WordPress and graphic design tool eg., Canva, (knowledge of Photoshop is a an asset)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Fluent in Enlgish
