The Role:

At Darqube, we’re looking for a versatile and passionate professional to join our ever-growing Marketing Team. As Marketing Lead, you will ensure the smooth operation of our department, contribute to the Company's growth according to KPIs, product roadmap, and delivery objectives. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Define, own, and execute a long-term Marketing and user acquisition strategy.
• Lead the execution of all marketing projects, from start to finish
• Manage and grow the marketing team. Delegate and coordinate the marketing team’s tasks, to meet delivery and quality objectives
• Drive customer growth by taking ownership of all digital marketing channels such as paid social, paid search, affiliates, and offline marketing e.g., partnerships, PR, etc.
• Manage, optimize, and report on marketing budgets and ROI providing business cases, implementation, and learnings
• Work closely with the CEO and product team to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on growth initiatives
• Carry out market research and competition analysis during a new region penetration stage, product launches etc, in respect to a country’s culture, customs and consumer appetite

Main requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Knowledge of analytics & metrics (lead nurturing, marketing automation, audience segmentation and web analytics)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and take necessary actions
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Strong team working skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantage
