THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Professional who will join our Regional Sales & Trade Marketing Operations Global Duty Free & Export Department in Greece. (temporary position, till 31/12/2024)

Within the assigned areas of responsibility role’s key accountabilities include:

  • Coordination, planning, management, development, engagement and trainings of all feet on the ground (incl. Brand Ambassadors, sales promoters, merchandizers and agency staff) based on defined framework for the assigned markets to ensure target delivery.
  • Deliver and conduct best-in-class training for feet on the ground and shop staff - face to face and virtual. Regular update of training materials and embedding of learnings.
  • Ensure monitoring and tracking of defined KPIs (Contacts, trial, Upsell/Volume, Return of Investment) via correct data collection on DRIVE for optimal target delivery, identify potential and needs for course correction.
  • Key point of contact for "feet on the ground" of your markets as well as collaboration with Sales/Marketing agencies, regular review sessions with Supervisors/Managers on the Ground and build contact to feet on the ground (support, questions, issues)
  • Ensure regular cross-checks for insights and learnings from the shop floor, collect instore/ market insights and intelligence (consumer behaviour/trends, competition, other categories) and communicate to Regional Sales & Trade Marketing Manager & respective Sales team.
  • In market presence and coaching of feet on the ground on a regular basis, as well as plan, lead and conduct product training to retail shop staff.
  • Develop and execute optimal 5Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, People) operational plan (in cooperation with Sales Team and Reg. Sales & Trade Marketing Consumer Manager) for your designated markets.
  • Be responsible for optimal 5Ps delivery via implementation at the POS and manage excellent execution of all in store-activities and activation for your designated markets.
  • Be responsible for continuous 5Ps evaluation evaluate all activations (e.g. promotions, special editions, furniture installations and all other POS communication tools) and define learnings for constant improvement.
  • Monitor and manage the relevant budget.
  • Support organization and execution of customer events/engagement, such as trade shows and conferences.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • University degree in Business or comparable education with experience in Sales and/or Marketing in FMCG industry
  • Strong drive and commitment to achieve results
  • Positive mind-set paired with influencing, partnering and communication skills
  • Understanding of Trade/Consumer Marketing mechanism, creative thinking and problem solving mentality
  • Together as one is our mantra - be a team player (internal and cross functional)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization as well as with external stakeholders, including customers
  • Very strong organizational skills & able to operate dynamic environment
