Athens Riviera Forum is an independent, non-profit organization committed to advancing multistakeholder dialogue and engagement at the intersections of investment, business, and diplomacy. With a focus on international economic cooperation, sustainable growth, and investment, the Forum convenes leaders across the spheres of investment, government, business, and institutions to foster structured dialogue and high-impact partnerships. Its flagship initiative, the Annual Athens Riviera Summit, is a three-day international economic forum, uniting ministers, CEOs, investors, and decision-makers across the globe.
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive the development, management, and expansion of the Forum’s external relationships. The role combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and partnership coordination, requiring a commercially minded and externally oriented professional capable of operating across institutional, corporate, and international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including sponsorship packages and tailored collaborations
- Act as the key point of contact for external stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, institutions, and media representatives
- Manage relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring consistent communication and long-term engagement
- Ensure the full cycle of partnership delivery, coordinating internally with communications, programme, and operations teams
- Handle relations and partnerships with media and press, in coordination with the Communications function
- Support the positioning and promotion of the Athens Riviera Summit to partners and prospective sponsors
- Engage with institutional stakeholders, including government entities, embassies, and organizations, in a structured and professional manner
- Ensure alignment between external commitments and internal execution across all relevant teams
Profile
- Strong experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in an international, multi-stakeholder environment
- Commercial awareness combined with a relationship-driven mindset
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
- Fluency in Greek and English required
