- Manage social media end-to-end (content calendar, captions, posting).
- Create authentic, mobile-first creative content (photo & video).
- Handle community management (comments, messages).
- Create website articles and brand storytelling content.
- Coordinate and manage e-shop content and daily operations (product content, launches, updates, promotions).
- Monitor and coordinate e-shop orders, working with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer communication when needed.
- Communicate and coordinate influencers & creators.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead on tone of voice, storytelling and creative direction.
- Stay up-to-date with social media, content and e-commerce trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in social media, content creation or e-commerce coordination.
- Strong writing skills for captions and articles.
- Comfortable creating photo & video content (mobile-first).
- Experience or familiarity with e-shop order management workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English.
