CRM & e-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for a CRM & e-Commerce Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across the full digital growth funnel — from acquisition to retention — making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in e-commerce, CRM and loyalty systems.

Location: Group HQ Offices, Spata, Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product descriptions, selling copy, features/benefits, images, videos, pricing, promotions, banners.
• Support aggregator channels (menu updates, promo setup, performance monitoring)
• Assist in the execution of CRM activation plan and the campaign calendar.
• Support digital advertising performance campaigns with objective to promote customer engagement & retention, generate leads & sales.
• Collaborate with support teams and internal stakeholders to provide feedback and guidance about topics related with the loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in digital, e-commerce, marketing or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with data, reports and spreadsheets
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce
• Excellent command of the English language
