- Support the implementation of the Perfect Store agenda through data analysis and reporting.
- Provide insights on potential growth of Perfect Stores based on separate KPIs.
- Assist in preparing and tracking plans related to segmentation, PICOS, RVO, and SVO.
- Collaborates with the Perfect Store Lead in agenda execution and monitoring.
- Works with Shopper Marketing and Category teams to align insights and execution.
- Supports Sales in applying insights to strengthen field execution.
- Owns the preparation of reports and dashboards on PICOS, RVO, and SVO.
- Provides recommendations for adjustments based on insights from execution data
- University degree, MA in economics, marketing or management
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Preferable broad FMCGs commercial experience (Sales, Marketing and/or Insights)
- Excellent knowledge of both continuous data and ad hoc shopper research, with a highly developed knowledge of Nielsen databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and industry leading software & tools to visualize & drive recommendations, ability to work with extensive databases
- Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends, events to generate insights
- Fluency in English
- Strong presentation skills (in English as well)
