We are looking for a full-time Online Community Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will help us build and maintain safe, engaging, and high-integrity online communities. Duties

• Monitor and review user-generated content across multiple platforms (forums, communities, and social media).
• Apply community standards and platform guidelines to ensure positive interactions.
• Identify, flag, or remove inappropriate or harmful content.
• Contribute to developing scalable moderation workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with other moderators, safety teams, and content managers to strengthen community trust.

Experience

• Experience in online community moderation (forums, platforms, or social media).
• Strong understanding of content and community guidelines.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to remain objective.
• Emotional resilience and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Familiarity with moderation tools, dashboards, or AI-assisted systems is a plus.
