About HEMEXPO
HEMEXPO – Hellenic Marine Equipment Manufacturers and Exporters – is the official association of leading Greek manufacturers and suppliers of marine equipment and technology. Our mission is to promote Greek innovation and support member companies in their global business development, exports, and extroversion activities. 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and well-organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support the implementation of our international promotional activities and assist the executive operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of HEMEXPO’s marketing and communication strategy
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital newsletters, and social media content
• Assist in organizing and promoting HEMEXPO’s participation in international exhibitions, business missions and B2B events (e.g., Posidonia, Sea Asia, Europort etc)
• Draft press releases, presentations, and reports in English and Greek
• Maintain and update the association’s website and social media accounts
• Liaise with HEMEXPO member companies to gather marketing material and feedback
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to the association’s daily functions
• Handle staff and stakeholder travel coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or any other accredited degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or international promotion
• Excellent command of English and Greek (written & spoken)
• Strong digital skills (social media, Canva, Mailchimp, CMS platforms, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
• Professional communication style and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B marketing, especially in maritime or export sectors
• Familiarity with European or international trade promotion initiatives
• Previous collaboration with associations, chambers, or export support bodies
