Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming orders from suppliers.
• Organize and maintain proper equipment storing and handling plans based on seasonal or special needs.
• Network equipment assembly based on standard operating procedures. 
• Network equipment preliminary configuration based on standard scripts.
• Preparation and final packaging on customer’s orders.
• Evidence record handling prior to customer’s order dispatch.
• Conducting periodic inventory checks and performing an annual inventory.
• Synergy with the procurement department for the smooth operation of the company.

Skills

• Excellent command of English in speaking and writing, other languages will be considered a plus.
• Similar experience in Rack assembly and warehouse management
• Self-organized, strong skills in sales follow-up

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in the ERP Softone will be considered an asset
• Self-motivated with a high sense of responsibility
