Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and continuously optimize production schedules and resource allocation in alignment with business and sales forecasts.
• Monitor availability of raw materials, production resources, and inventory levels to ensure adherence to the approved production plan.
• Ensure effective cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Logistics departments to support operational continuity and efficiency.
• Participate in structured problem-solving and decision-making processes aimed at minimizing production deviations and delays.
• Maintain accurate production planning documentation, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or operational coordination within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, food, or comparable industries).
• Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience with ERP-based production or resource planning systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, structured, and compliance-driven environment.
• Professional maturity, accountability, and a solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
