🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Coordinate day-to-day road freight export processes
✔ Prepare and monitor CMRs, delivery schedules, and transport documentation
✔ Oversee and handle export documentation and invoicing
✔ Communicate with clients, agents, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment handling
✔ Assign and track loading orders to partners
✔ Maintain accurate operational records and ensure regulatory compliance
✔ Share insights and support process improvements within the team
🌟 What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
✔ 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
✔ Fluent in English (French is a plus)
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
