Role Overview
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer. You'll work with the CI Manager to improve how we operate, focusing on areas like safety, quality, efficiency, and cost savings.

What You’ll Do

• Find and Fix Problems: Help identify where we lose time, money, or resources and work on solutions to stop these losses.
• Support Team Efforts: Help teams follow best practices to keep our machines and processes running smoothly.
• Coach and Guide Teams: Teach problem-solving tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Pareto Charts to find and fix issues quickly.
• Track Progress: Join daily and monthly meetings to review performance and suggest ways to improve.

What You’ll Need

• Engineering Degree: A background in engineering is essential.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing: Some understanding of how factories work and ways to improve processes (e.g., lean manufacturing, problem-solving tools).
• Good Communication Skills: Able to work with and support different teams effectively.
• Basic Project Management: Experience managing tasks or small projects.
• Excel and Data Skills: Confident in using Excel or similar tools to analyze data.
• English Language Skills: Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience: At least 1 year working in a factory or similar environment.
