This position is for Mid-Senior Bid Manager to join a vibrant, focused and sales minded team. Our customer base is located in Greece, including organizations from the private and mainly the public sector. The position is full time and permanent, based in Athens and hiring can be immediate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis and understanding of requirements as described in tender documents.
• Coordination and contribution to the preparation of the technical solution according to the requirements of the issues and writing of the corresponding technical texts and accompanying documents.
• Coordination and contribution to bidding process from inception phase (RFP/RFQ/RFI) to proposal preparation, submission and contract award
• Coordination and contribution to the preparation of parts of the offer regarding project team, methodologies, project management and minimum participation requirements.
• Coordination of internal departments and external partners during the tender preparation process.
• Submission of offers through the ESIDIS platform.
• Monitoring the progress of the tender process.
• Keeping up-to-date file and classification of documents related to tender procedures.
• Search for tenders to expand corporate activity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, ideally in a system integrator or consulting company.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of PC and office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Desired knowledge of the procedures governing Public Tenders.
• Willingness to work in a small team environment with minimal oversight.
