To meet our current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team an  IT Systems Engineer based in Paiania, Athens

As our new IT Systems Engineer, you will undertake tasks, such as:

• Supporting, planning, and implementation of new projects.
• Administration of Azure, Office 365, Active Directory Services, MS Exchange, and VMware.
• Conduction and deployment of CentOS / Red Hat Enterprise Linux Systems.
• Management and installation of Enterprise server/storage hardware platforms.
• Controlling Enterprise Backup Systems (Veritas).
• Commanding of the JIRA Confluence ecosystem.
• Implementation and maintenance of security and Backup policies.
• Performance monitoring and ensuring system availability.
• Analysis of technical issues and providing 2nd and 3rd level support.

To be a successful candidate, your profile should match the following criteria:

• University / College Degree in Computer Science or a relevant technology field.
• Proven working experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with using Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory Services.
• Versed in using Linux Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Exchange, and VMware.
• Experience in Jira or a similar ticketing system.
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both verbal and written.

Ideally, you may also have:

• Azure, 0365, Windows Server, and VMware Certifications.
• CentOS / Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Nginx, JIRA
