How You Will Achieve It

  • Engage with clients to critically understand, reframe, and scope opportunities to ensure alignment with user needs and project goals
  • Lead strategic ideation with cross functional, global colleagues to ideate on novel ideas, and co-create the roadmap(s) required for solution development and scaling of new digital solutions and experiences. Including independent management of meeting logistics, agenda preparation, and synthesis
  • Synthesize data into a presentable, visually appealing, format for creating decks, templates, collaborative whiteboards
  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into actionable requirements
  • Basic project management skillset (status, capturing meeting takeaways, etc)
  • Develop and implement Customer Experience roadmaps and strategic plans to address specific customer and business needs
  • In partnership with Experience, Strategy, and Excellence organization and product teams, this individual will develop journey maps to ensure continuity and orchestration of customer interactions across touchpoints
  • Contribute to the development of experience strategy for patient and customer experience transformation programs and priority colleague segments through piloting new ways of working to evolve based on business properties and implement new, scalable services
  • Execute on Customer Experience initiatives leveraging deep expertise in framing and design thinking methodologies, as well as ensure the embedding of Agile and other transformational methodologies
  • Select, embed, and manage vendor relationships for strategic programs and cross CXE initiatives with budgets exceeding $150,000
  • Connect insights and initiatives within CX to identify opportunities for greater coordination and value creation​ for the business and our customers
  • Provide end-to-end thought leadership on Strategic Programs to ensure a best-in-class Pfizer experiences and provide an above-brand view​
  • Partner with senior Pfizer stakeholders and project teams to align business challenges with actionable customer insights for immediate business impact



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Demonstrated experience of various Information Technology practices
  • Proven experience in business processes in the pharmaceutical industry, including an understanding of the drug development process
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English


  • Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Good knowledge of System Application & Products and core solutions deployed at the site
  • Design Thinking Certificate preferred
