LMW, on behalf of its client, a well-established organization operating in the financial services sector, is looking for an IT Help Desk Officer.

The ideal candidate will provide fast and effective technical support on computer systems, responding to user queries and offering practical solutions to basic technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone or email
  • Guide users through the problem-solving process
  • Record incidents, issues, and their resolution in internal systems
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Install software and maintain hardware systems

Requiremets:

  • University or ΙΕΚ degree (e.g., ΔΕΛΤΑ, ΑΚΜΗ) in Computer Science or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Help Desk Technician will be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 will be considered an asset
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
