• CRM Strategy & Vision: You own the product lifecycle of E&V Advance. You will define the roadmap that empowers thousands of agents globally, ensuring the CRM remains a competitive advantage in the PropTech space.
• The Athens-Hamburg Nexus: You act as the primary technical liaison. You translate high-level business requirements from Germany into actionable, high-performance technical specifications for our Athens-based developers.
• Scalable Architecture: Work closely with Engineering to ensure E&V Advance is built on a scalable, API-first architecture that supports global growth and data integrity.
• User-Centric Growth: You are the expert on the "Agent Journey." You define KPIs, analyze user behavior within the CRM, and ruthlessly prioritize features that drive agent productivity and retention.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: You lead by influence, managing complex stakeholder relationships across different cultures and time zones with transparency and "Radical Candor."

We are eager to hear from you if you…

• Ηold a degree from a leading Greek or International institution in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Informatics/Computer Science, or Management Science & Technology.
• Ηave 5+ years of experience as a PM in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or PropTech. You have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale platforms or internal CRM systems.
• Speak "Engineer". You are comfortable navigating API documentation, system integrations, and cloud-native environments. You understand the constraints of a modern tech stack and can hold your own in architectural discussions.
• Don't wait for instructions. You identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and take full accountability for the "Advance" ecosystem's success.
• Have professional fluency in English. Proficiency in German is a plus, serving as the "cultural glue" between our Athens and Hamburg offices.
