As a Junior Systems Administrator:
📌Your mission:
• Onboard new users, including deploying devices and setting up accounts & software
• Work on user incidents in a ticket management system
• Configure, Upgrade, Administer, Maintain, Monitor, Manage, Diagnose and Debug Computer Systems and Network Infrastructure
• Implement and Monitor backup and Business Continuity Processes
• Microsoft Active Directory domain management
• Office 365 User Management
• Manage updates on servers & endpoints
• Document processes
• Keep up to date with best practices in IT administration
📚What You Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Troubleshooting knowledge of client/server windows operating systems
• Understanding of computer network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, DMZ, OSI Layers)
• Organization, Prioritization and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and oral
🌟Bonus points if you have knowledge in:
• MS Azure and Entra ID
• M365 (Office Online)
• Hyper-V and/or VMware virtual infrastructures
• Veeam Backup
• Cisco and/or FortiNet Networking and Firewalling
