🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for an EDI Integration Specialist to help us build and maintain seamless connections with our partners and platforms. You’ll play a key role in managing electronic data flows, ensuring smooth and accurate exchanges between systems, and supporting business operations through automation and integration.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and maintain EDI connections between internal systems and external partners.

• Keep a close eye on incoming/outgoing EDI messages to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Support the technical setup and testing of new trading partners into our EDI network.

• Create or adjust EDI mapping configurations based on partner or system requirements.

• Keep process guides, integration specs, and partner profiles up to date.

• Identify and resolve transmission errors, mapping issues, or failed document exchanges.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline our EDI operations and increase reliability working closely with development teams.

✅What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with EDI standards and protocols.

• Understanding of API integrations and how they interact with EDI workflows.

• Ability to write or understand basic scripting and SQL.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, procedures and the connection with EDI workflows.

• Attention to detail when working with data, mappings, and system configurations.

• Ability to work independently but also enjoy collaborating across teams when needed.
