Junior DevOps Engineer

As a Junior Engineer, you will work alongside seniors to help us experiment with ephemeral environments and AI-driven workflows for the first time.

In our team, there are no silos. You will work in a friendly, flat environment where you will be mentored by seniors and encouraged to take on Scrum Master tasks. This is a role for someone who loves both the technical "how" and the agile "why."

We can offer you the following tasks

• Helping build and evolve our internal Self Service AWS platform using Terraform, GitOps workflows, and modern AWS services.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to design and prototype ephemeral environments and AI assisted developer workflows.
• Joining the team’s rotation for platform support, helping developers troubleshoot AWS, CI/CD, and environment-related issues.
• Improving automation, writing small scripts, and simplifying the developer experience across the platform.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and occasionally stepping into Scrum Master responsibilities to help keep the team aligned.

You can help us with these qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering or relevant Science fields.
• AWS & Terraform: You know the basics of provisioning cloud resources via code.
• Networking: Solid fundamentals, with an eagerness to learn Cilium.
• GitOps: Experience or strong interest in ArgoCD and GitLab CI.
• Empowerment Mindset: You enjoy making things easier for other people.
• Agile Participation: A genuine willingness to help with Scrum tasks and sprint planning.
• Any experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Basic Python or Bash skills to help automate self-service tasks will be considered a plus.
