We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth, secure and efficient operation of all IT systems, while playing a key role in aligning technology with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize infrastructure and contribute to building a modern, scalable and future-ready IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud & enterprise systems)
• Ensure system performance, availability & cybersecurity
• Lead IT projects (implementations, upgrades, digital transformation)
• Manage IT support and ensure excellent internal user experience
• Develop IT policies, procedures & best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven IT solutions
• Manage vendors, external partners & technology providers
• Monitor IT budget, resources & investments
• Ensure compliance with data protection & regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in IT Management / Senior IT role
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks & enterprise systems
• Experience in IT project management
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity & data protection
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Team leadership experience
