Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
Prior Experience:
- Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI models and managing technical teams.
Required Capabilities:
- Expertise in technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker).
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and scalable architectures.
- Strong technical knowledge with with Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced ML techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and stakeholder management. Ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable business impact.
- Team management and mentorship; the ability to develop and manage a high performing team in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, supply chain or manufacturing domains.
- Strong business acumen and change management capabilities.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 25% travel may be required to support digital and business initiatives.
- Flexible work hours may be required to collaborate effectively across multiple timezones
