As a .NET Developer (Senior-Lead), you become part of a high-performing team driving enterprise-level digital transformation. This isn't just about writing code — it's about shaping scalable architectures, influencing technical direction, and delivering solutions that make a real impact.

You'll work on complex, mission-critical systems where performance, maintainability, and architectural quality are non-negotiable. As a senior team member, you'll lead by example, mentor others, and ensure technical excellence across the board.

As a .NET Developer (Senior-Lead) you will:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical architectures
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code aligned with best practices
• Contribute to and review architectural decisions and technical designs
• Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and promote high coding standards
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and key stakeholders
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimations, and planning
• Ensure delivery quality through testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / C# backend development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade solutions
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, reliability, and security best practices
• Strong understanding and practical application of software architecture principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, design patterns) in complex, large-scale systems
• Experience or exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud environments (e.g., Azure), and CI/CD pipelines within enterprise development ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
