About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Junior to join our team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with equipment setup and configuration. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive environment. You will receive guidance from experienced professionals and have opportunities to develop your career in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering first level support while responding to queries via the company’s ticketing system, chat, email and/or phone calls.
- Providing technical assistance to questions and problems (hardware/software troubleshooting).
- Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user workstation hardware (desktops/laptops and mobile phones), network peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
- Installing and updating software such as MS Office, antivirus, and operating systems.
- Checking computer hardware, printers, copiers, smartboards to ensure functionality.
- Assisting to the maintenance of local networks in ways that optimize performance.
- Assisting to the provision of orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

Two (2) to three (3) years of proven experience as IT in first level support.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure

Proven experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, FreshWorks)

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and a variety of operating systems including Windows, Android, and Apple IOS.

Excellent English command (written and oral)
