We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimize our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing servers, networks, and core systems while providing reliable technical support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured and security-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines, and system software.

• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access permissions.

• Monitor system performance, security logs, and network stability; perform proactive maintenance.

• Implement system updates, patches, and backups according to IT policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

• Support disaster recovery planning and participate in incident response activities.

• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system improvements and technical projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, and IT security principles.

• Experience with monitoring tools, backup solutions, and endpoint management platforms.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA Server+, CCNA) are a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
