We are looking for a reliable Mid-Level IT Specialist to manage system administration tasks and provide high-quality technical support within our compny's IT environment. The role involves maintaining secure and stable infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of core systems used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration for Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, backups, and security configurations.

• Provide second-level technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and assist with preventive maintenance.

• Support updates, patches, and deployment of new applications and system enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and banking security standards.

• Maintain documentation, asset inventories, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated problems and improve system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in system administration and IT support.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and IT security best practices.

• Experience in financial institutions or other regulated environments is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
