Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Digital Project Manager to join our IT Project Management team part of our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division, based in Athens.

This role is key to driving digital transformation and business process digitization initiatives.

Your role will encompass:

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Design and implement Business Process Digitization (BPD) solutions that enhance efficiency and support organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and accelerate digitization initiatives across domains.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications (Blueprints) and manage the full vendor selection lifecycle, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
• Oversee task assignments, track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Translate business needs into structured, actionable project plans and ensure clear alignment between business and technical teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring user readiness, adoption, and smooth transition to new digital tools and processes.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a strong plus).
• 5+ years of experience in in Project Management, ideally in large-scale digital transformation or IT modernization initiatives.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required.
