We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital strategy and lead transformative initiatives across the organization. This key leadership role is responsible for developing scalable digital solutions, modernizing our IT landscape, and fostering innovation to enhance both business performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a forward-thinking digital and IT strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure digital platforms—including websites, apps, cloud systems, and automation tools—are scalable, secure, and high-performing
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage cross-functional digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency, automation, and user experience
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT and digital team
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to align technology investments with strategic priorities
• Oversee technology budgets, vendor relationships, and project delivery timelines

It would be great if you have:

• 6+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a focus on digital transformation and enterprise technology management
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Strategy, or related field
• Master’s degree with a relevant specialization is a plus
• Strong technical expertise across cloud technologies, cybersecurity, digital platforms, and modern IT environments
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex digital initiatives in fast-paced organizations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern development practices is a plus
