Relational Financial Solutions is looking for an IT Service Management Consultant to join its software development and support team. In this role, you will configure, maintain, enhance, and support BMC software products and similar tools, collaborating closely with software engineers to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and business goals. You will also provide technical support, perform software upgrades, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Your Tasks

• Configure, maintain, enhance, and support ESM/ITSM software products from leading vendors.
  • Customize and extend software features based on business requirements.
  • Develop solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.
  • Support customer operations for software packages and internally developed tools.
  • Conduct application testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with product rollouts.
  • Provide technical support to resolve application-related problems efficiently.
  • Perform software upgrades and manage software licensing processes.

Your Skills & Knowledge

• 1–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
  • Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, REST API, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Apache Maven and Eclipse IDE is a plus.
  • Experience as an Administrator or Developer on BMC ITSM or similar tools preferred.
  • Understanding of test-driven development methodologies.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.
  • Experience with RDBMS systems.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (Grafana, YellowFin) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Operations Management and Service Management tools is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
