IT Specialist

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Information Technology Division at Tsimis. This role is based at our facilities in Moschato and reports directly to the IT Director. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure while also supporting data analysis, automation, and collaboration tools across departments.

Main Responsibilities 💻

• Provide first and second-level technical support to users (both on-site and remotely).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor and manage IT security systems (antivirus, firewalls, backups).
• Support data processing, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows and SharePoint environments to improve business processes and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records of technical interventions and system configurations.
• Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers where required.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementation of new technologies.
• Apply IT security policies and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Follow IT procedures aligned with the ITIL Framework.

Qualifications 🎯

• 2–4 yearsof experience in a similar IT support, systems, or data-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network administration (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Good knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles, firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
