Bright Diadikasia Group, a rapidly growing business group with a strong focus on business consulting and technology, is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join the IT Department.
About the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily IT admin support to multiple business units or group subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group-wide IT standards. You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues across departments, escalating when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support (L1–L2) for end-users on Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain On-Premise Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and enforce Group Policies.
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR) for threat protection and endpoint security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document IT procedures and contribute to the improvement of support workflows.
Qualifications:
- University or Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar IT support role.
- Certified proficiency in English language (minimum B2 level).
- Strong team spirit, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key points for this position:
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-company environments will be considered a strong plus.
- Ability to adapt communication and support style to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong sense of internal customer service and ability to balance technical tasks with end-user experience
