ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the automotive sector, is seeking for a skilled and motivated professional for the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP ERP systems, focusing on the FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
• Provide functional support and expertise on SAP ECC 6.0 or later, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and the smooth execution of accounting and controlling processes.
• Act as a liaison between finance/controlling users and the IT team to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Manage and support end-to-end SAP ERP projects in a multi-company environment, including blueprinting, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Ensure proper operation of SAP processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD/MM) to ensure integration and consistency across business processes.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal financial processes in line with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate degree will be considered a strong asset.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ERP implementation projects, ideally within multi-company groups and in-house environments.
• In-depth knowledge of financial closing processes, reporting, and controlling functionalities within SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Business/results-oriented with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, controlling, and IT departments.
