Role Summary: As a Software Support Consultant, your role is to analyze customer needs, configure and install our company’s software solutions on the customer site and provide after-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that our software solutions meet all the specifications and functions- that are unique to each of our Hospitality clients.
• Configure and customize the software according to the unique business needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the client’s organizational objectives, resolving any gaps in product functionality.
• Deliver comprehensive user training to ensure competence in usage. Provide ongoing support for any inquiries or challenges the users encounter.

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and offering guidance to enhance their processes and maximize the benefits of our software to ensure a smooth transition and excellent user experience.
• Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and communicate customer requirements to other involved departments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Administration or relevant field.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral).

• Experience in the hospitality or technology sectors is required.

• Experienced users in PMS applications will be highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize needs effectively.
