Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead located in Piraeus. The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, leading and mentoring software development teams, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining high standards in software development. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust technological solutions. 

Qualifications 

• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Ability to contribute and review code in Python, React and SQL/TSQL 
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities 
• Familiarity with maritime industry is a plus 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
