The Role

Kosmocar is seeking a Network Administrator with a solid foundation in technical support, network administration, and IT security. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure our infrastructure remains efficient, secure, and future-ready.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Assist in network design, configuration, installation, and maintenance (routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
• Monitor and optimize network performance; resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver and support IT projects.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and remote access solutions (VPNs, SD-WAN).
• Support and troubleshoot end-user connectivity issues.
• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration details.
• Recommend and evaluate network upgrades or enhancements.
• Contribute to the implementation and support of IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Continuously explore new technologies to improve day-to-day operations.

📚 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network administration.
• Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs).
• Basic experience with Fortinet products is a plus.
• Understanding of network security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. Paessler PRTG).
• Knowledge of IP Telephony and SD-WAN is a bonus.
• Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, NSE 4) are a plus.
• Strong documentation skills and fluency in English.
