Your role in more detail:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide day-to-day technical support (on-site & remote) for hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up, configure, and maintain equipment (PCs, printers, mobile devices)
- Manage and track support requests via helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and updates
- Collaborate with senior IT team members to resolve incidents efficiently
Your Qualifications:
- Degree or ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and common applications (MS Office, browsers, VPNs)
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, routers, switches)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
