As a Junior Support Engineer/Consultant for Commercial Modules, you will…

• Be a member of a team which designs, customises and maintains DANAOS Commercial modules
• Communicate with customer to collect requirements and consult on appropriate solutions
• Communicate customer requirements to Development Team
• Participate in UATs
• Present demos to customers and consult on product solutions
• Support application related issues
• Train key and/or end users

The ideal candidate should have…

• Degree in Maritime or Naval Architecture
• Enthusiasm to learn and work with Maritime Digital Application
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Fluency in English language

It would be also nice to have…

• Familiarity with Vessels Performance and Environmental, Chartering or Operations
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with Danaos Software
