Join our international team as an Junior IT Assistant.

Junior IT Assistant responsibilities include:

• The Information Technology department is responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems - PMS, Point of Sale - POS, IPTV, Telephony systems, and other software vendors.
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant and office are supported with proper computer systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks

Job requirements

To be a successful Junior IT Assistant you should possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and IT support roles.
• Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup, and device configuration.
• Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, I/O devices
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications.
• Management of software maintenance/updates (Windows, Office, etc.)
