What you will do
- Ongoing communication with Insurance Companies, to resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Support in the management of daily activities related to policy/member management
- Configure in our system new products as per Insurance Company requests
- Support departments on matters related to the configuration of specific products
- Keeps records and enters data into the company's platform
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar background
- Work experience in a relevant field in insurance companies will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
