Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with internal clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design customized ERP/CRM solutions.
• Lead ERP/CRM system implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Configure and customize ERP/CRM systems according to client needs.
• Provide training to clients on the new system and ensure smooth adoption.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting after the system has been implemented.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement within the ERP/CRM systems to maximize client satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Targit, etc.).
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementation and customization is essential.
• Ability to understand business processes and recommend ERP/CRM solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
